Using the same Dezineforce Platform Operations Center tools and resources that manage the Dezineforce HPC Simulation On-Demand solution we can provide the same level of service and reliability that our On-Demand customers have been used to.
The Dezineforce Appliance Service Management Agreement provides total care for the appliance hardware, operating system and application environment providing a single point of contact and responsibility. The embedded Appliance Management Agent monitors the appliance and communicates to the Dezineforce Platform Operations Center using a secure outbound conection to report system health and flag any issues enabling Dezinforce to initiate proactive remedial action. As part of the Appliance Management Agreement Dezineforce tests all software patches before releasing them for the Appliance Management Agent to download. Installation of patches and software upgrades is then scheduled in conjunction with the local administrator. This means total peace-of-mind for customers, enabling their engineers and designers to focus on their core roles.
